  • 1. How do I search for products?

    Searching for products is simple! Just visit our search page and enter the model number or product name. We'll filter and display the most relevant results for you.

     

    If you can’t find the item you're looking for, feel free to contact us. We have an extensive inventory, and some items may not yet be uploaded to the website. We'll respond to your request promptly and assist you in finding what you need.

  • 2. How do I make a purchase?

    Follow these steps to complete your purchase:

    • Select a Product: Choose the product you wish to buy and click "Add to Cart".
    • Access Your Cart: In the popup window, click "Show Cart" or select the cart icon at the top of the screen.
    • Enter Billing Details: Click "Add/Edit Billing Details" to either register as a member or proceed as a guest by filling out your information.
    • Complete Information: Fill in the required fields, check the box for "I am not a robot", and then click "Register and Checkout".
    • Verify and Confirm: Ensure your selected items, shipment details, and payment method are correct. Agree to the Terms of Service and click "Confirm Purchase" to complete your order.

    We use PayPal as our secure payment gateway for online orders. Here’s how you can complete your payment:

    1. Select Your Items:

      • Browse our website and add your desired items to the cart.
    2. Fill in Your Details:

      • Complete the cart information, including your shipping and billing details.
    3. Proceed to PayPal:

      • Once your details are entered, our website will redirect you to the secure PayPal payment interface.
    4. Choose Your Payment Method:

      • Log in to your PayPal account to complete the transaction, or
      • Use your credit card or debit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

    Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you encounter any issues during the payment process, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

  • 4. What shipment methods can I choose from?

    We use the following shipment methods based on the destination:

    1. United Kingdom

      • Parcels are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
    2. European Countries

      • Parcels are sent via Royal Mail International Standard.
    3. Other Countries

      • We use other courier companies for shipments outside the UK and Europe.
      • Shipping costs for these destinations will be quoted separately and communicated to the customer prior to dispatch.

    To cancel your order, please fill out the "Contact Us" form, and we will assist you with your request.

    1. For Members:

      • Log in to your account and click on "Track Your Order" to view the latest status of your purchase.
    2. For Guests:

      • You can still track your order by entering the order number and password provided in your confirmation email.

    Order Updates:
    After placing an order, you will receive email notifications about your order status. Here is an explanation of the different statuses:

    • Confirmed by Shopper: The order is waiting for payment completion or a shipping quote.
    • Confirmed: The order has been placed, and payment is complete.
    • Pending: The order is on hold.
    • Refunded: The payment has been refunded to the customer.
    • Shipped: The goods have been dispatched.
    • Cancelled: The order has been cancelled.
